"I've been driving almost exclusively to royal sushi for years. every time I try another place, I regret it and wish I was here. this is a small, family-oriented place, since amherstburg is a small city. what emphasizes this place is the fresh of eating and the pleasant atmosphere. on the surface it can seem simple and a bit of townie, but they will not be disappointed. there are some really good dishes to have."

"Excellent food. Great service despite working with low staffing levels. Waitress was very good and has been doing this probably for awhile. Bolder staff need more credit for working in these tough times. Made our experience better and should be compensated for it!! Wish I remembered her name."

"Beautiful setting and great garden area. We sat on the patio on a glorious late April afternoon and it was amazing. The views matched only by the fabulous food and wine. This whole area of South-West Ontario is grossly under-rated as a wine scene. Its just fantastic. Highly recommended, 9/10"

"Arriving here it looks like pub like atmosphere. Besides having an in door dining are they also had outdoor tables. Very nice. It was our first time here. They had a great variety of food let alone a nice bar menu. They had everything from burgers to pizza. The pizza oven could be scene in the dining room. Very nice. There were 4 adult and 2children. They didn't have children menus but they improvised to their liking. I had the perch dinner. Excellent. They said it wasn't Lake Erie perch but perch from Europe. I was hesitant on ordering that but I'm glad I did. Very good. The rest of the party had Surf Turf tacos which they also said excellent. The other person had the halibut fish chips which was shared by the child. The other child had chicken strips and fries. They gave good portions and all was very good. For the six of us to eat there came to about $130.00. We did not order any alcohol, just sofa drinks. I we'll definitely come back. Very nice atmosphere restaurant."
