"We had late lunch there on two occasions and found it met our expectations. One day we had a burger and chips and found the burger well seasoned with fresh crisp salad and crunchy chips. An all round good feed. However, not sure what possessed...us but we had a Vienna coffee each and it was less than ..... it is obviously an acquired taste. Maybe you have to be From Vienna to appreciate. We have been to Vienna but never had one while we were there. The next time we went SWEET much more what we identify Pancakes in P with and we were not let down. Plenty of pancake, fruit, ice cream and cream. Staff were friendly and happy to chat. Good vibe"

"Booked for the vatertag an outside table for x3 adult. with predicted rain organized the manager the seat in the inner. I was in many caffes, restaurants and restaurants, and this facility is one of the best I encountered. the service of the manager. and the personal was so professional. the young staff was cheerful, helpful and a pleasure to deal with it and it was not just with our table. the food was perfect. good choice for meat and vegan customers. Service/orders were crazy fast and no mistakes. a great desire to the managerin anna, who warmly welcomed customers and seemed to have a good handling/management of their personal. to finish everything, we got a gift voucher from the vater for our next visit. I have no qualifications about the reasonable cost for the excellent food and service. well made bellakai. I will spread the good word."

"Located across the road from the Beach, the $12 lunch menu is excellent value. We had steak which was well cooked and delivered with sauces and sides as ordered.Basic atmosphere but speedy service. Easy to get a drink from the bar and plenty of tables. Would happily come back here next time we are in Kirra."

"Don’t buy from here at all. Stay well away. Food comes in tiny containers with little to no meat...20$ a meal and you would need 2 for one person. When I called them they just hung up on me. Do yourself a favour...go anywhere but...here..."

"Great meal!. We had an early dinner here this afternoon, and could not fault it. Fantastic service we got our food in about 5mins. We had our dog with us, and were able to sit at the tables in front of the shop with him. One of the guys behind the counter brought out a water bowl for our dog, and gave him a bonus bit of bacon! The food was really great an ocean pearch and a barramundi with chips and salad. The fish was cooked to perfection, and serving sizes were good. A lovely find, and we'll definitely be back!"

"Completely ignored for quite a while when we got there. Hardly anyone else in the place yet the Greek next door was going off and had people queueing for seats. Pre dinner drinks - only 1 of the 3 came yet we were watching the the staff very busy cleaning up . Had to prompt to bring drinks .Arancini entree was hard dried and seemed a bit old and reheated , chewy ? microwaved.Mains were fine . Packed up around us- certainly giving that feel that we should go . Must have had a big day . Was definitely better the last time i went"

"The Orient is located inside the Twin Towns RSL Club which adjoins the Mantra Twin Towers. The Hotel, Club and Restaurant are in desperate need of refurbishment but refurbishment/redevelopment will not be inexpensive. From a design perspective, there is SO MUCH WASTED SPACE!!! Anyway, whilst...the service at this restaurant is pleasantly okay, the King prawns with cashews blew me away. The prawns were cooked to perfection and the vegetables were delightfully crisp and crunchy. Heartily recommend a visit. Do not be deterred by the old world appearance. Pity you have to go to the bar for a glass of wine. That is yesterday."
