"The view is awesome. The food is average: rice was hard/not cooked through, fish was fishy and over salted. The clam chowder was good, but mostly a potato soup. I think they're trying to stay affordable for the area, but my goodness, just want a decent dinner."

"The first two times we ate here the food was excellent, as was the service. Something has gone wrong recently. Last week our drinks didn't seem to have any alcohol in them. This week we ordered the poutine appetizer which was supposed to have crispy, shoestring fries. It was served with regular fries which were undercooked and soggy. We also ordered the jambalaya. What we got was a bowl of rice with spicy tomato sauce, about six slices of sausage, and about six tiny calamari rings. And I mean tiny. The third entree was the pork tenderloin. Our guest felt the portion was small and dry. The drinks were okay because we had the mix and alcohol delivered separately. I hope they fix whatever is going wrong because we hoped to make the Bistro our special local restaurant."
