"My Wife and I have eaten Fish Chips for over years together and traveled many miles to get GREAT fish chips ! I would say I am a connoisseur of that plate . My wife did not enjoy the fish said it...tasted greasy and the place smelt the same . I gave it a star as I have had much better and the service was slow. Due to the theater crowd and the wait for a seat I think more staff should be brought in for those nights.We decided not to return again ."

"Quiet place but it was near closimg on a Tuesday night. Clean place and the food is fresh. Spices are not too hot but I'm sure if your a regular they'd spice it up for you. Good place for a date plenty of wine. Indonesian yellow curry noodles delicious"

"We attended Amici for friends 65th. birthday party. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.My wife and I started our meal sharing fried calamari, my wife had the lasagna which she said was the best she has had in a long time. I had the seafood platter which was delicious. Our only complaint was that the portions were small for the price. I expected the seafood platter to be a platter for $23 not a small pasta bowl and the calimari appetizer was very small even for one. For a Saturday night they only had two wait staff on and were very busy as they had a trio playing music who were excellent, This happens once a month and probably should have had more staff on."

"A co-worker recommended My Thai so I started by ordering a vegetable pad thai for take-out. It was absolutely delicious. The next week I went in for dinner with my husband and got the pad thai again as well as the emerald curry and fresh rolls. Everything was amazing. Very flavourful and authentic! The staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was super quick! Will definitely be going back."

"When we walked int this place we thought very nice. The table's were set with linen tablecloths(under glass), very clean. Servers were dressed in clean sharp clothes and were groomed very nicely. But it ended there. This not a licensed place and they serve canned soda pop, which was a REAL BIG TURN OFF. They serve ROOM TEMPERATURE WATER with your meal. I didn't even see a hot beverage service area behind the server's area. We were given a menu that was very confusing to the non-eastern indian diner. I told the server that we had never eaten there. He quickly went over the menu. I did not understand the use of "gravy" on the menu. Why would an East-Indian Restaurant serve "gravy" with it's dishes. The menu was very large. I ordered the General Tao Chicken, which was sickly sweet. It was swimming in a soya sauce based syrup. It came with rice. I had to add some chili paste (that was on the table) to cut the taste. My husband had the Shrimp, and that was disappointing. There was no real diner option for one person. I have come to the conclusion that you need a person from that ethnic background to be able to order food from this place."

"Fiddle and Firkin is right on the main street so very convenient. It appears that parking is only on the street and as such would be limited during peak hours. The building is old, well kept and offers a pub feel. Service could not have been better; prompt, accurate and just the right amount of attention. Unfortunately who ever is in charge of the kitchen on this occasion and dish fell short. Shepherd's pie (and it's a common mistake in North America) is made with lamb. Cottage pie which is what they were serving is made with beef. I may be wrong but, being born in Scotland, I have never had a tomato based Shepherd's pie. It tasted like yesterdays meatloaf with vegies added and topped with un-browned mashed potatoes. I don't think there was even a drop of Worcestershire. While the dish was not inedible it definitely was not what I was expecting. Just all the wrong flavors."
