"The ambience is perfect,subdued lighting..roaring fireplace in winter and a warm greeting. We wanted to peek in all the rooms,as there is more than one!! It feels like you've gate crashed into somebody's home and then told it's ok ..you can stay!! No bright lights...or tv!! Cool ,unobtrusive music and good service.The waiter explained all the dishes. Oysters from Aveiro are on the menu!! We ordered seafood,it was deliously fresh and seasoned well. The bread was warm and we got butter!! The puddings were imaginative and included light and tasty cakes,and yummy panacotta."
