"Amazing Italian food! The same menu as Little Napoli. The service was great to start, but then scared when they were busy. It took about 45 minutes to get the check and also asked for a drink that never came. The tables on both sides never have to order drinks."

"My husband had a business appointment in Carmel today, so I tagged along for day in Carmel after. We wondered around downtown Carmel and discovered this charming restaurant. They have a happy hour from 4:00-6:00 Wednesday thru Sunday and I am telling you if you are in the are take advantage of it. 1. Great service. Friendly, funny and attentive. 2. My husband had a beer and I had the wine, both wonderful. 3. Went with the small bites menu. Had the meatballs; melt in your mouth. The garlic bread; thin and crispy with a tasty dipping sauce. The truffle fries; delicately flavored with a lovely homemade ketchup. Wonderful experience."

"I attended a wedding here recently. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. At the buffet I had trouble finding a dish that was not greasy or have food stuck to it. Every glass I used had old lipstick prints on it. The eating utensils were similarly dirty. The ladies room ran out of toilet paper halfway through the night and I never saw it replaced. We asked several people to get some, but... well we finally left early. It was just gross. I rarely submit a review, but felt like I had to this time. Weddings are important days, and if you're considering this place.. look closely at everything when you check the place out. And Yelp: why is there not a rating category for cleanliness?"
