"I expected a higher-end service for a thalasso restaurant. the presentation of the plates is beautiful, the service of quality and fast (with impeccable servers, patients, adorable). However, dishes lack flavors, tastes, interest. Compared to other restaurants of the same level in the city and for fares a little below, I remain disappointed and therefore on my hunger."

"We had a walk on a family cranny and stopped eating before the ferry crossing. My curry fried mussels were excellent with a touch of coconut. My husband ordered a brushetta. very good reception. We'll go back there without a problem."

"We had booked a 3 night stay at the hotel through Brittany Ferries and having spent a full day exploring Brittany we thought we'd eat in the restaurant on our first night. Oh dear. It was like going back in time. Musak, couples talking in whispers, a waiter who was clearly barely tolerating the fact he had guests to attend to....... I remarked to my husband that I couldn't hear anything happening in the kitchen - considering we were sitting right next to the doorway.I accept that it was a bank holiday, and I suspect that the chef had the night off. It seriously reminded me of Fawlty Towers and the 'chef's just opened the tin' remark. The food was dreadful. I left most of my meal and when the waiter came to clear the table he was quite offish that I hadn't cleared my plate. He didn't ask if there was problem with the meal and, as I hadn't eaten it, I didn't feel I had to point it out!The only redeeming factor was the Irish coffee creme brûlée I had for dessert. I'd eat that again, but please don't make me eat the rubber turkey escalope ever again!"

"We had chosen a menu for 25 euro . langustinos as an appetizer. very much and tasty. as a main dish the duck with little puppies and self-made pommes frites. the taste of the duck was very good, the little ones had a slight bite. as dessert we had chosen an egg or sorbet, which rounded off the menu well. the service was accommodating, but not intrusive. we can only recommend it!"

"Fantastic food drink, the rump steak was excellent the homemade chips are the best I have ever had. Lovely French cuisine. I highly recommend would definitely return but sadly only here for the day."

"Délicieux repas avec homard pour 2 d'entre nous et cabillaud pour le 3ème. Nous avons très bien mangé, et les serveurs aux petits soins avec les clients et le Chef une perle. Les homard sont décortiqués (y compris les pinces) ce qui est le top avec un enfant. La vue sur le port est superbe et les tables bien espacées. Bref tout était présent pour que nous passions une excellente soirée. Une adresse incontournable à Concarneau."

"We first dined at La Flaveur in 2015. Visiting Concarneau again in 2019 we booked dinner (via Facebook). Another excellent dinning experience (thank you Frederic) if we return to Concarneau again we will book a dinner again but will book the 24 hours in advance dinner."
