"If I could give zero stars I would. Some of the most flavorless, dried out chinese food we've ever had. Sweet and sour chicken had hardly any chicken, was all batter, same with chicken lo mein, fried rice was dry and pitiful. Will never order their food again. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50"

"Lakeview Restaurant is on the lake in Coventry Conn. They offer Italian, Seafood, Steak, Pizza, Sandwiches Burgers. They have an outdoor deck overlooking the lake. They have a large bar, and big screen TV. When we first arrived we were happy to be reunited with our favorite waiter, Joey from Coventry Pizza, who we had not seen in 3 years. We sat in a booth overlooking the lake. I got the Rib Eye Steak Sandwich topped with a delicious combination of sauteed onions, peppers, mushrooms, and cheese. The Steak Fries were the way I like them; hot and crispy golden brown. Liz got the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo served over Linguini. I sampled some, both the chicken and white sauce were very tasty. The portion was very generous, we took half of it home. Joey, our server, was very attentive friendly. Leo, the manager, thanked us as we were leaving and was very friendly with us. Next time we try an appetizer; Chicken Wings, Fried Calamari, Stuffed Mushrooms, Sweet Potato Fries, Shrimp, Smelts in a Basket. Then split an Antipasto Salad, or Baked Lasagna."

"The 1st. night it was great we chatted , Went again, Ok, Last night we went to Vanda had a very exotic dinner our drinks we're all vodka with a splash of cran, Excellent waiter Mark , Cook to order very fine dining our bill came to $109 left $133. We were coming from the Mall decided to stop in have a bite to eat a drink that was mostly all cran, So asked why our drink was weak, Quote the waitress said I'll give you both another shot, The bill came we we're charged $12.50 a piece when we hung Main Street pub everyone treated us with high respect our drinks we're $5.75 it was a stiff cocktail always for everyone as their owner barmaids treated their customers very well it was like a family there, This owner wouldn't even say Hello or ring up my Keno had to wait for someone to come out of the kitchen, Walking out young guys said to us, Didn't you come in the front door, What business is it what door we came in, We will never enter this place again, Rude !!!"

"Coventry Pizza is at 1467 South Street near the lake in Coventry Connecticut. For me to get there it is a pleasant 3 mile ride thru Nathan Hale State Forest. We have been going there for many years, and it’s always a satisfying experience. The new owner made this a superior restaurant I highly recommend. They have beer, wine, and a full bar. They also have a kid menu. We enjoyed Antipasto Salad on a previous visit, it was great. I also like the Fisherman’s Platter. They do take-out pizza and grinders. Sit-down can get appetizers, steak, veal, pork, fish, chicken, seafood, burgers, fries, pasta, salads, veggies, and desserts. This time we went on a Friday night. Liz had Veal Cutlet Parmesan, and I had Baked Lasagna. Both had a delicious red tomato sauce and lots of mozzarella. Both had great taste and texture. We will go back for breakfast on weekends. They open 7 am on Saturdays Sundays. On menu; eggs, home fries, ham, bacon, sausage, omelets, French toast, English muffins, pancakes, bagels."
