"Aroma was a great find. The meal was wonderful, with numerous seafood selections on the menu. Pasta was cooked perfectly. The seafood stew we enjoyed tasted as though the fish was just caught, cooked, and served to us. Our host was so warm and welcoming. You can tell when someone has a passion for the food and wine he is serving. He was very attentive without being overbearing. And the pace of the service was excellent. If you’re planning to visit Florence, get a reservation at Aroma. You won’t be disappointed; it’s a cut above the rest!"

"Beautiful restaurant with excellent food and service. I loved the romantic ambiance with the mini lights on the ceiling. We ordered the wild boar pasta which was very tender and had fantastic flavor. The gnocchi with truffle was soft pillowy and the sea bass with vegetables was..Wow! Never had a more delicious sea bass and the veggies were so incredibly well seasoned roasted! The entire experience was perfect."
