"I love herring! And here it’s wonderful. Great presentation, too. Three different kinds, secret recipes for pickling. That wonderful homemade rye bread with it and the traditional goose/pork-fat to put I the bread. All with a wonderful dark, local beer and a very friendly, charming host. All the other dishes sounded delicious as well, lots of different fish, but you can also have a rump steak. We thought this restaurant must be completely overcrowded, what with it being so close to the Louisiana museum. But not at all! We were almost the only guests. Definitely a secret tip (now not so secret anymore..."

"The food was good but not the best in my taste. The price of food was adequate and good service. I ordered the “open commission sandwich” and some parts of the salmon was a brown I think it is the near part of the salmon skin). One thing I noticed was that as we were upset, they made us pay before the food came; instead the Danes paid after they finished the food. They only offer fish that I fear is their specialty, at least for lunch."
