"Asian restaurant offering a menu at 15€ ( dessert flat entrance), the entrance was correct ( salad with chicken), in dish I took a scented caramel pork I didn't know what it was. The accompaniment was Cantonese rice without taste (the rice was too cooked). When it comes to the dessert of syrup lychees."

"We ate again yesterday (Sat. 1Aug. 2015) in le Tilt and again the food was fantastic.This is our 26th year of visiting le Tilt restaurant in Gap 05 and the food has always been consistently good. This time we have been here for 4months and have eaten in le Tilt at least 20 times -all good experiences! We have introduced many of our friends and family to this great restaurant.Dominique ( chef and owner) and his wife Nadege produce amazing food and desserts and are always adding new surprises to their extensive menu. Additionally, they offer a good range of wines in beautiful glasses and, like their food, is favourably priced. The waiting staff are welcoming, attentive and always smiling (Emily).If you're visiting Les Hautes-Alpes, don't miss this restaurant.
