"The Mayflower roasted restaurant, is located behind the church of San Salvador, in front of the port. if you go to getaria, I recommend that you visit it because you don't rent, since the ratio of quality/price is very good compared to the rest of the restaurants with unarbited cards that we went in June, so we sat on the terrace where it was wonderful to contemplate the sea and the entire lit bay. The speciality of this place is the grilled fish, we were with the intention of taking gold, but being quite late, there was nothing left and it is a rather busy place, we opted for a fish and seafood soup that was delicious and second merluza and the best txipirones on the dish that I have eaten all my life, if you look at the picture you will check the painting that you have jeep."

"Great grilled fish dishes inside an atmosphere of the old times restaurants. Ask for a table next to the window to enjoy the illuminated port of Getary. Grilled prawns, norwegian langoustines and baked monkfish are cooked marvellously. Service is good with trained waitresses."

"We had had enough of fish so went for the t bone for 2, it lasted a second lunch sandwich the next day as huge! Cooked to perfection on the outdoor bbq, the warm vegetable salad was fabulous, again too big a dish. The recommended Rioja sealed a perfect meal, we enjoyed the owners brusque manner, the waitress was super nice and friendly."
