"The hotel look good and clean like luxury. And the food table and all is set to good .. the server are good manner .. we order pasta and Schezwan fried rice.. i don't like the taste of the pasta and the Schezwan noodle .. i don't know why .. it's upon preference .. every one have there on taste .. some don't like chicken .. i think it is because my first try pasta .. that's why ... But the overall experience was good .. and thank you ..."

"Well...after a long time...an outing in kochi...and since we had no plans...we ended up at the Lulu...and since I had no idea what a sizzler was thought we ll check out that... The counter guy was a sweetheart..he candidly admitted he had no idea about the thing he s selling but was very helpful to suggest us what we should try(based on what the customers buy and since I wanted spicy but I was adamant on spaghetti.. (later only i realised,they had this in the menu the guy suggested the pepper sauce and spaghetti...and I had my first vegetables and sphagetti with pepper sauce(and tomatoishh i feel I felt the cheese was a bit of an overkill...since I felt the dish should have just the subtlety of cheese and not the cover the dish cheese.. But the vegetabes were beautifully done and packed with flavors...potatoes..cauliflower..beans and peas... A delight with each bite...and the spagetti.. Yumm ! And the sweet iced lemon tea...was just as it proclaimed...swwweeeeet ! The sizzle was just for time till my husband got the dish to the table...overall...it was good... Anyways... Worth a try :"

"The best hotel experience in my whole life. the hotel and it is very beautiful. but personal behavior is pathetic. I went with family and they didn't think. No one came to help with the baggage. I had to take my luggage from the car to the room. the hotel had activities like sunset cruise, cooking classes, etc. that were not there. was also not able to use the pool. it was so boring to stay in. the menu was very limited and many of the elements in the menu were not available. the behavior of the restaurant staff towards the customer was very bad. that was terrible. not recommend to everyone. it took more than 40 minutes to serve food. since my package was AP plan my breakfast lunch and dinner were free, but most items on the menu were limited. I don't prefer to take over this package. I came to this to celebrate a special occasion and had requested a cake that the hotel had not made available. at the time of painting and other maintenance work, so this is very scary and badly advised. I often had on the cgh floor and this is not on the cgh floor standards. the only reason to book is its quality service that cgh erde offers, otherwise youngs this hotel does not book."
