"We had a superb and beautiful meal at No Patio. It was the best restaurant, atmosphere, service, and quality of food we had in Portugal. The goat cheese appetizer was in a category all by itself it was so good! My tuna was perfectly cooked and presented. Wonderful meal! The service was very professional and attentive and the restaurant itself , with its lovely colors and flowers, was beautiful."

"An amazing location to sit and watch the harbour. eating is also very good, a mix of some local materials, including local seafood, with a bit of British influence from the owner. the service was excellent, and all small touches were pleasant. they added in a round table to accommodate all who wanted to eat. would definitely recommend for a relaxed, good meal."

"The restaurant has the rudest owner I have ever met and what’s more his staff follow his attitude and aggressive behaviour. We stumbled on the restaurant and decided to eat; after being seated we ordered drinks and were given menus; we quickly decided it was for us and on the arrival of the drinks we asked for the bill, paid and explained the menu wasn’t for us. What happened afterwards can only be described as aggressive bullying by the owner. He came over and asked us to leave; we again explained our reasoning only to be provided with plastic cups and told to leave. Three staff arrived and stood next to the table; the owner again asked us to leave. We all were in total shock and agreed to leave rather then make scene. As I was leaving I heard him state to another guest that, “we were English”. I was again dumbfounded by this statement and took a photograph of the external menu, so that I didn’t forget its name. He didn’t like that and threatened us with the police. On returning to England I searched Trip Advisor and it seems that our experience isn’t a one off, it’s rating clearly shows a complete lack of service, care and understanding. What he didn’t know that we were five restaurant owners on a golfing trip to Lagos. As for being English we make no apologies; but this bigot whatever nationality he is should learn some etiquette and then train it to his staff. I would advise anyone that this restaurant is a tourist trap, in a market square location."
