"Smaller restaurant with seating available in free. first time visitors. the waitress was nice. the tables, dishes and the entire restaurant seemed clean. menus are disposable paper mats. our food came all hot and was really good overall. the chessebrot was perfect! krispy and gooey. the dinner rolls with the salad came also perfection! my man loved his burger and pommes and said that this was our best to dinner since we moved to lansing mai in 2022. the Fajita salad was a little disappointing, not really a Fajita salad, no paprika, and the wobbles were raw not cooked. I'll try something next time, but we'll be back. a few next to us ordered this delicious looking disc of cheesecake they swallowed."

"Having just moved to the area from a major city, we were having a hard time finding quality authentic Thai food when we stumbled across this little gem. Excellent food, quick service, and very kind staff. The red curry (pictured, #14 on the menu) is not to be missed."

"Great service and great food. We ordered 3 appetizers. Lobster pizza, Mozzarella sticks, and jumbo coconut shrimp. All were excellent. We especially enjoyed the piña colada sauce that came with the shrimp. Our main course was the Cajun Alfredo chicken. It was delicious. We split the meal between the two of us."

"The food is here in the regular good, but this time not so good and the service was bad. I ordered the philly cheese steak sandwich, which is usually my favorite sandwich. this time the hate was strangled to death and made it so sluggish. the fries seemed old and I asked 2 different people for ranch dressing and never got any. They never come back to see if we needed anything, so I sit half the time with nothing to drink. I like how they have improved meat there, but the service is not worth going to this place. what a shame. update! the owners take care of this business and reviews on this site. they have responded to me and tried to do this right so that I will go back to chetty’s for more great eating."

"I have celebrated black restaurants in black history month. capital city soul food was closest to me. because if covid, the menu was cut back. I ordered cats, green collars and mac n cheese. there was enough for two meals! everything was delicious. the maisbrot was still warm and so moist. I will definitely visit there again. great work!"
