"You have FOUND your caterer! Oh my, there are TOO many wonderful things to say about Sidecar Kitchen. Adam was so kind and quick to respond to our wedding coordinator and myself throughout the whole process whether we were asking him about quotes/details, getting advice, or setting up a tasting. Adam was by far the most professional vendor to work with throughout the whole wedding planning process and it was a weight off our shoulders to know we need not worry about the food and keeping our guests happy. Now for the food... between the mini beef wellington, crab cakes, conch fritters, and steamed veggies... I said to my husband at least 5 times during our tasting, This is the best food I 've ever eaten . But seriously... The mini beef wellington... Get them. And THE PRETZEL BAR! We asked about a pretzel bar and Adam made it happen right before our eyes! The food was amazing, but truly the cherry on top was getting to work with and trust two of the most humble, talented, and kind people. We love you Sidecar Kitchen, and wish we could get married again just to taste your food again!!! Ps. Check out their instagram : It was helpful for us!"
