"If I could give 0 stars I would, so I guess I’m going to just have to give you a 1. I came here for a 21st dinner whilst on holiday, the night started off really well as the waitstaff were very attentive and our drinks and entree’s came out quickly. Our mains did not arrive for another hour and during this time the waitstaff actively ignored our table even when we tried getting their attention. No one checked up on us to even refill our water glasses or to order another drink!! The two tables next to us that were seated a good 15 minutes after us were brought out their mains and attended too way more than our table. The food was bang on average, if you’re looking for a place with fabulous food and good attentive service, go to Liliana’s Trattoria’s on Oceans st, Maroochydore. The food there was absolutely divine and our waitress made sure we were well looked after. Market Bistro however, was seriously NOT worth it and quite disappointing considering we specifically picked this place for the beautiful ambiance and nice looking food to celebrate such a special event. It’s your job to serve the people that walk in to your venue no matter their age, sex or socioeconomic status. The fact we were one of the youngest groups in the restaurant surrounded by a more middle aged/retired crowd and were treated like we were less than or not worth serving was so disgusting and disappointing and VERY clear to our entire table that we were not wanted there. For anyone that is looking for a nice place to eat that happens to be between the ages of 18-25 this place might not be for you. If I wanted to come to a place to eat where I could be ignored by waitstaff, I would travel to Japan and eat at one of those Ichiran Ramen Restaurants where I PAY to avoid human interaction. Save your money and just go somewhere else."
