"I was looking forward to try out the Whole Foods: Shuffle Bar since it is local to me. I ordered the Bison Burger and Carnitas Nachos. Waited for 30 minutes then followed up just to find out that the system was down, and told me that they will process it. Waited another 10 minutes to find out that they can't even process my order at all. I had to request a refund which took more than 10 minutes to process because of I don't know what reason. Clearly a waste of a Friday night dinner! Really horrible service especially being a part of Whole Foods. Overall, this is one of the worse services and restaurant experience I've had my whole life. They offered for us to wait for the food to come out and get the refund, but I refused as I was too frustrated and just wanted to leave. Waste of one hour of a Friday night."

"Unfortunately I gave this place 5 stars and recommended them always, but I can no longer. Last night we ordered pizza as we always know them for as long as customers have an excellent pizza. it was terrible. Maybe a bad night, it happens. that wouldn't stop me from returning to be honest. So I went to her Facebook page to get in touch and let her know, hey we have a really bad pizza. I didn't want anything, but let them know. there on the side I see a budding anti-mask nonsense as well as attacking and offensive customers whose reviews they did not like. that is a huge no for me and I told them very polite that I did not return. also a private message to her that she let know about bad pizza. they kindly offered me to reimburse me and asked me to tell them everything I ordered. I answered them to thank them, but no need to pay back. they had blocked me. I find this incredibly small and unprofessional. that's why I'm giving a 1-star rating. I can forgive a bad pizza. mocking and belittling customers to disregard their security and be rude, I will not give my business and not recommend. hopefully, if they can sell this restaurant that stands for a long time to sell, new owners will not be so terrible."

"We ordered Angus steak, which was juicy and good. The soup was so so, which tasted like instant soup, and the waitress took it away when it's half finished, too quick for me to keep it. The salad was ok, and the fried rice was good, though not in its best condition where each rice piece was solid and firm. But the steak was good, and the chef was good, having showcased his skills at the cooking stand."

"Delicious food and great service! We had bread and oil (complimentary), bruschetta appetizer, spaghetti meatballs, fettucine alfredo, pasta carbonaro, and chicken parmigiano. Everything was wonderful. Big enough portions for lunch the next day!"
