"We're so glad we stumbled upon downtown Puyallup and this fun spot on a recent trip down from Anchorage. Unfamiliar with the area, we first consulted Yelp and loved the menu here familiar recipes with a twist, and what turned out to be very generous portions. We strolled in without a reservation around 6 pm on a balmy Monday evening, we were greeted and seated immediately. This visit occurred during an epic heat wave across the Seattle area, so we were thrilled to see so many fans keeping a good breeze going throughout the eclectic bar and dining room. Don't miss the variety of fun light fixtures hanging above you, they are the definition of industrial chic. Once seated, we got down to business: the bar menu is fun, with something for everyone. I opted for the pineapple and jalapeño margarita, while my dining companion selected the sweeter, elderflower and vodka concoction. Both were ordered along side a couple starters the potato crisps with accompanying dips, as well as the grilled artichokes with chipotle mayo. The drinks and snacks arrived shortly, and I thoroughly enjoyed the margarita with a great balance of sweet pineapple and spicy jalapeño (maybe pickled? I couldn't decide whether they were fresh or pickled, but the spice wasn't overwhelming). The potato crisps were a huge hit, piping hot and crispy, this is how potato chips were meant to be, and the side of pimiento cheese dip was so good we fought over the last tiny bit. The sides of ranch and chipotle mayo were also good, but paled in comparison to that pimiento cheese they should bottle and sell that magic. Sadly, the artichokes were a bit of a disappointment (despite being one of the features from Diners, Drive ins and Dives). They were kinda tough, a bit too charred and mostly just turned into a vehicle for additional chipotle sauce. Next up, we dove right in to our selected entrees: for me, a HUGE perfectly browned BLT with avocado and a side of sweet potato fries; across the table, a half rack of dry rub ribs with smashed yukon gold potatoes and slaw. The BLT was so big, I could only eat half and offered to trade for a few ribs this was an excellent decision. The sandwich was filled with crisp, fresh romaine and juicy tomatoes, but the bread was toasted so hard that I did get a bit of roof of mouth fatigue biting into it. Thankfully, I had juicy, fall of the bone ribs to alternate bites. The ribs were so moist and tender, they practically melted in your mouth, and I liberally slathered them in the sweet barbecue sauce. We still took home about half of the plate for lunch the next day, and they reheated beautifully. No room for dessert, and our server was kind, funny and very accommodating. Cheers!"

"In the evening about 18 o'clock and sat in the bar with my friend. megan was our server and she made what was a fucking week with my grandfather when he died, a little brighter with her friendliness, recommendations, care and of course the delicious food she brought us timely and fresh. they are a great advantage for them all there and if they are happy enough, in their section they will have a great meal!"

"We had a party of 16 and Candy was the best waitress. She was so on point. Our food was delicious too. I had the salmon bowl and loved it. Thank you so much for a great experience!!!Kid-friendliness: She was awesome to get the kids orders in first. We had 3 toddlers and a baby and she was great with them. They all enjoyed their time."

"I had delivered from here several times for doordash and it had made me and my fiance very excited to try it. We had tried to eat the other day but they were closed due to maintenance so we came here today instead. Big mistake. After entering we were pointed to take a seat at a table by one of the two ladies working tonight. We took a seat and waited since we had never actually gotten to eat here yet. Me and my fiance had been speaking for several minutes before one of the ladies came in and asked if we would be eating we confirmed that we had but had never eaten here before. She seemed frustrated asked what we wanted to drink and explained the rules Ingredients were in the back and there were spring rolls/gyoza as well as soup and that was it. We got our food and had it cooked both of the cooks seemed exhausted or frustrated my fiances cook was more pleasant but mine only really asked if I wanted rice. Our drinks were filled to the brim with ice and very little soda so we drank them pretty quick. Before we got a second plate my fiance asked about refill for our drinks and they refilled them while we got our second plate. Mine ended up being burnt. After finishing our plate my fiance once again had to ask about a refill only to be told they only do 1 refill. Given the horrible service, my fiance later telling me even their toilets didn't seem to be installed properly since they moved around while he was sitting on it. Only getting 1 refill, and burning the food I feel 1 star is being gracious would give 0 if I could 50+ dollars for 2 people is ridiculous for the quality, service and amount. Definitely will not eat here again"

"Found this place randomly while looking online for food nearby, very nice surprise! Staff service was great, loved the atmosphere and food was fantastic. Had a chicken Caesar salad, cilantro lime chicken and steak tacos for an appetizer. Salad was fresh and great dressing. Cilantro lime chicken I’m in love with- chicken thighs weee tender with crispy skin along with the corn salsa and rice just a great flavor and combination. Steak on the tacos was cooked perfectly as well very tasty. Will definitely be back!"

"UPDATE: First I would like to start that the manager contacted me and wasn’t pleased with our experience. They sent us a gift card to give them another shot. The wife and I went on date night last night and I must say that the food was great. The burgers had great flavor and the size was huge. The wait staff was extremely friendly. This was a totally different experience then we had last time and will come back again. Tonight our family went here for dinner and was not impressed. The service and our waiting was awesome but the food itself was just ok. It started with the kitchen being slow. Took over 45mins for our meal and even our waiter said sorry it was taking so long. Then when the food came out my burger was over cooked. My wife’s potato wedges were cold. With the price of the meal being 19 bucks each…. I would recommend Red Robin as the burgers are cheaper and taste way better."
