"Food was okayish for Bulgarian standards. Staff is quite rude and disrespectful. It’s not a problem if your English isn’t that perfect, but you still can be polite. My foreign card wasn’t working and the waiter treated us like poor people, did not even try to solve the problem. After we had cash, we had to ask for the change (he was presuming it was a tip) while drinking Prosecco. Surreal experience!"
