"I had dreams of shouting all of our staff (three people) a counter lunch in the midst of a hugely demanding day. Our accounts manager, Casey-Lee, phoned the tavern at approximately 11:30-1200 to ask what time the sports bar stops serving lunch and she was told 2:30pm. The rest of us pushed through the jobs we had to do quickly in order to make it to the sports bar on-time. We arrived at 2pm on the dot and when I reached for the sports bar menu I was told “too late for that, we stop cooking at 2:00pm.” All in all, a very disappointing experience with a pub that we have spent a lot of money with over the last five years. I spoke to the manager who was very polite and apologetic but you have made a tough day a whole lot tougher for these fitters so we award you with one star."

"I don't know how I feel about this. Recently went into Indian brothers and I saw this sign I quote ; Give us a good review on google, show us on a counter, get a can of soft drink Thank You in advance I don't think it's right that you're bribing your customers with a free drink to get good reviews. It does not sit well with me. It makes me question every review on your Google maps page. Maybe don't offer free drinks and instead of a good customer service Great food and a good atmosphere and then maybe with a little hard work you'll get some five stars."

"Went here for crumbed fish and chips with a couple of friends and we were very impressed by the customer service. The staff were extremely friendly. Our dinner came quite quickly (about 5 10 minutes) and was cooked perfectly and super delicious chips and fish were crispy and hot. Then while we were eating one of the staff came out to check and see how everything was and offered table water. Would highly recommend!!"

"This is the best fish and chip shop in the hills district, I have tried them all Prices are great Taste is fantastic we have not been disappointed with the seafood and burgers we have bought in the four purchases we have made so far. The burgers are bigger and cheaper than the burger franchises They are winners with my teenage sons One area for improvement is the size of chip serves as Linda Clay mentioned below. We have closer fish and chip shops, but these guys are worth the extra five minute drive"

"Hairdressers with hearts just held a fantastic relaxing night for all in the golf club n it was completely spot on including socially n entertaingly n food was self selective n delicious. Sonia deserves an award for putting her heart n soul into Hairdressers with hearts which is AGAINST abuse of any sort by any human being towards another human being. NO ABUSE EVER."
