"That was easy to eat, but really good. beef carpaccio was a great part in comparison to other places. we also mixed deep roasted seafood and I and my friend ended with all that was really full. come back to any event!"

"Our waiter was charming and perfectly attentive. Chef’s choice for appetizer was a wonderful tasting of mussels, an oyster, octopus, sardine 2 ways and a mayo based pink shrimp sauce (I believe) over shredded lettuce. Every bite was delicious! Swordfish was thin sliced but prepared well. Roasted vegetables made an excellent side. If you are lucky to find yourself in Sciacca, make a reservation!"

"I don’t often write reviews but felt I must after eating twice in this restaurant one lunch and one dinner during our stay in Sciacca. It’s a lovely place tucked away back from the main street and well worth a visit. It has an extensive and reasonably priced Sicilian menu and is family owned and run. The ladies who served us are delightful we don’t speak Italian they have very little English but with a bit of pointing miming we all laughed our way through our ordering. We shared an Italian antipasti platter to start with then I had pasta in a creamy fish sauce my husband had the swordfish. On both visits we were offered coffee and limoncello on the house. The dining room is spacious and airy with a beautiful vaulted ceiling. We shared a very reasonably priced carafe of the local dry white wine it was delicious. Hope to return to Sicily next year and will definitely be coming back."

"Well situated Trattoria opposite the Basilica, great place for people watching. It was a lovely evening so able to sit outside, as most diners were. A very popular place, so pleased we reserved a table earlier in the day. The staff were very efficient and our order arrived promptly. We now try to order Wine of the House, Vino al Casa and were not disappointed with either choices of a glass of red and white . Food was delicious especially the Parfait Pistacchio. They add on 10% service charge , but at least you are aware of this before paying the bill."

"After some searching we found the place near the port of Sciacca. When you manage to get a table on the small balcony you have a romantic sea view, the inside is nothing special. We had nice raw seafood as appetizer, the pasta with seafood was also quite tasty. Prices are moderate, the enthusiasm of the staff leaves room for improvement."
