"We sat outside looking at the Jackson Sea. Spectacular view. The variety of dishes on the menu was really good. We chose the Ultimate Fish Sandwich (Frittenfisch with Fritten as side).... WOWSA! The fish was not overcooked, but super soft and tasty; also the fönfries were soooo good. Kim, our waiters, was great. What a wonderful experience! We're definitely coming back. I bet the sunset at dinner would be breathtaking."

"My wife and I went to dinner last night and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. I had the seafood combo that contained gator, fish fillet and shrimp. I have to say I enjoyed the whole meal. My wife had the chicken fingers. The portions were huge, and we were treated with rolls of bread and a salad. Also with two beers and soda the price was still below 45.00."

"Our favorite!!!!!. This place is our absolutely favorite place to go in the county! If you go when it is busy expect a bit of a wait but it is worth it!! The sushi Tuna greek salad is the best as is the Athenian Shrimp which we love. desserts are all wonderful and all of the bartenders are the greatest! They make wonderful drinks and have no problems with special requests. Thankfully we live close so we go about 4 times a week!!!! We love Caddy Shack, the best food, service and overall experience."

"I know I'm a little late to the party, but last week, my fiancé and I went out to celebrate a promotion. We always hate trying to figure out where to go because service in Sebring is a hit or miss, especially for dine in. Plus, I personally was leery on coming hear do to a bad experience at a different location. Our experience at this location, that night, set the new standard for dine in. Our server Laz, gave us the best service we have had since moving to Sebring two years ago. Not only did we discover he has extended experience in the service industry but that he honestly loves what he does and it showed the whole night as we got to know him. My fiancé can be hard to accommodate because he drinks so much, but we couldn't even start a timer between empty drinks, Laz was on it, even with having so many large tables. He was verst in the menu and provided great recommendations. As well as communicated above standers about our meal, so we always knew what was going on. Olive Garden, you should be proud to have such an amazing employee to represent you. I will be recommending this location from here on out. Thank you for giving us a memorable night."
