"This was our first visit to Zhivago. We were only a handful of 'regular ' diners, while the remainder of the dining room was clearly being set up for several large parties. The staff were so incredibly busy setting up for these extravagant parties that the few tables that were there just for dinner were mostly ignored. We waited (very hungrily) for close to ONE HOUR for a chicken, salmon, and a salad. Meanwhile, we watched 12-15 wait staff bring platter after platter of food out for a banquet of people who had not yet arrived. Our waiter who clearly had no control over the food preparation, nonetheless looked at us with little concern or emotion each time we asked him for the ETA of our dinner. Our party of 4 became convinced of our invisibility, and noticed the other diners staring helplessly at the waiters hoping someone would remember that they were there. Frankly, I have no idea why the dining room was open for regular dining when they were clearly incapable of functioning both as a banquet hall and restaurant. One of the worst dining experiences ever."

"I’ve visited this place NUMEROUS times. My family and I are like “regulars”. We love to go here because we feel like we get the most bang for our buck when going out. We love red meat so this place is definitely for us. The location could work more on their cleanliness and staffing. We are usually always waiting over half an hour due to understaffing. If you’re looking for a delicious appetizer, try their Chicken bites with ranch. It’s so good. The men in the family usually get the Longhorn because it’s very filling!"

"The food, service, ambiance were all good. The fish was cooked properly, as were the broccoli (actually cooked, not hard and crunchy like so many other restaurant are prone to do). Our waiter was fine not much personality, but efficient. This was my second time at this chain and both were decent meals."

"My Favorite Thai restaurant in all of Chicago land! The only Thai restaurant that has Meang Kum a fabulous Thai appetizer! The wait staff and manager are so friendly and food is so delicious and authentic! They added 'healthy rice ' to the menu a blend of 3 different low carb hi fiber rices yum!"
