"Two of our main dishes were served cold When we asked to see our server about it, the manager came over and apologized and offered to make new meals. The second round was a little warmer but hot. Food quality and service a step down from previous visits to the restaurant."

"I love the revamp Otro Cinco did. Their tapas and paella are amazing. Over the times I've been this year, I've had the snails, anchovies, mushrooms, chickpeas fritters, and shisito peppers. The snails and anchovies were probably my favorites but I really liked them all, and would like try more of their tapas. The paella isn't the best I've had, but it's still in the Top 5. I've had the more traditional paella with seafood and chorizo and I've tried the chicken with olive. Both were fantastic. The seafood one had so much seafood in it and it was all cooked perfectly. Their homemade sangria is pretty tasty as well, and they have done great Spanish reds in their wine list. Definitely worth a visit!"

"To eat this one of my favorite places! Food and service are always excellent. When my friend and I went there tonight, our food took a little longer than usual, so our server offered us free desserts. F.Y.I. the lemon, raspberry cake was so delicious. Do not be fooled from outside, this restaurant is a fabulous place to go! We never had an unfavourable dinner there. You also have breakfast, lunch and take."

"Best date night experience. our barkeeper had everything, including specials and their personal favorites. the lobster mac and cheese is a personal favorite. many laugh and the personal is just the absolute best. chef I give them the 5 stars because they keep the doors open and cheer the city. "We stumbled upon this lovely spot before attending a show. The atmosphere was great, our server, Brian, was friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the NY Only by-the-glass wine list, super extensive and inclusive. The Halloumi appetizer was the perfect sweet and savory balance, and the added touches, fresh spinach salad and delicious house made sausage were delicious. But it was the Cappelletti entry that really knocked us off our feet. It's not often you have a dish that is so flavorful, unique and utterly delicious...just fabulous!"
