"Went in and was told we could sit in the bar and order food. Wife and I sat at a table in the bar area. 10 minutes went by, and so did at least 5 wait staff. No one greeted us, told us they'd be right with us or said anything. Too bad. We usually like this place. Guess they didn't want our business/money. PS: It wasn't crowded. Not going back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3"

"I absolutely love this place. I have been going there for a few years now and love taking my family there. We love the food. It’s always so fresh and delicious. Unmatched service from the owners to all the waiters and other staff. Kyle, our waiter tonight was amazing. I would highly recommend this place. One of the best places to eat in Des Moines!"

"Never again. They said it would be a 30 minute wait; we waited close to an hour. We sat at our table for 10 minutes before anyone showed up. She began by apologizing for being late, and then for the fact that the biscuits were messed up. Our appetizer took forever, and our server apologized, again. Then the food took close to an hour (there were two of us). Another apology. No one checked on us our entire meal, but the manager came by thinking we wanted to talk it must have been another table. I only complain when I think that it can result in a change for the better. The only way to change this place for the better is to burn the building to the ground and start over. At the very least you need to fire some people because that is pathetic management.Seriously, how do you f' up the biscuits? The mix at Costco tastes better."

"Very good Pho. Broth was exceptional. $11 for a large bowl. Great spot. Will be back. I returned for the second time and I’m glad I did. I love the atmosphere of this place. Prices have gone up but for the right reason. This place is becoming my favorite pho spot."
