"We visited as a treat on an overnight trip to Windsor and it didn't disappoint. Service was friendly and efficient and they had a good choice of reasonably priced drinks. We ordered food and did have to wait about mins but it was worth...the wait. Spaghetti bolognese which my daughter said was the best she ever tasted....well cooked pizza, calzone and garlic bread, all with a light base and packed with flavour. I had the seafood spaghetti and it was packed with squid, mussels and was really good. A family run restaurant that had the personal touch and knocks spots off the chain restaurants, so give it a try."

"We were driving through the area at lunchtime and stopped here by chance for a drink and a bite to eat. It's a lovely place, very helpful and friendly staff and we sat outside as it was a hot day. We chose a few nibbles from the menu which was really nice (although the veggie samosas are surprisingly hot! . We also had our next drinks order taken at our table which was a really nice touch."

"Visited as a pub just outside of Windsor and very impressed. Managed to go on a sunny Oct day and had lunch in a private gazebo. All the food was well cooked and tasty. Massive burger and excellent chunky chips, fish pie was packed full of fish and prawns with a large side of tasty veg and some of the best sweet potato fries. Will definitely visit again."

"We live locally and first liked this place from years back, but recently it's different. It shut recently for no announced reason, its food so boasted about wasn't on either each time we went in. It just feels badly run, certainly not what you want on the approachvto Christmas."
