"A hotel restaurant. American menu. Wings were good crisp with tasteful sauces. Our party had the burgers and the Prime Rib sandwiches. Both were good. Our French fries were cold, but they were quickly replaced with fresh cakes hot. Service was efficient and friendly. A good place for a fast meal before the game."

"While visiting Fort Collins last weekend, I was part of a large party for dinner at the El Monte for Sunday night. The choice of restaurant was made based on the recommendation of a business associate who was impressed enough to go back twice in the same week. Knowing this guy to be very critical of restaurants, we were pretty confident going in. He said there were three things we had to try – the margaritas, the guacamole, and the snapper veracruz. OMG. All three TOTALLY ROCKED, as did the pork loin I had a taste of as well. The service was absolutely wonderful as well (ask for Matthew and I loved the sublimely cinema-inspired decor (the space used to house a movie theater. Sophisticated but not snooty, and yes, there is a slightly sexy vibe to the whole atmosphere. LOVED IT."

"Having been to three other luaus now on Hawaii, we really enjoyed this one. The personal family touch made all the difference for us as we love to support local. The show was short and a little slow at first, but went with dinner and then the middle and end was amazing. The Chief who did the fire show was so great! Best we have seen. The food was delicious and the dessert table was out of control good. Loved the mai tais and loved that you could just go up and get them where as at other luaus, you had to wait for like 30 minutes for so many people and waitress service. This was well worth it and would highly recommend. It was small and intimate and the show was really worthwhile. The only small comment is that the food could be hotter, maybe put hot plates under them so that the food is still hot when you get it. Highly recommend for the smaller amount of people, the good show and the good food and plentiful drinks."
