"The service is always fantastic as is the food which is abundant and flavourful. The bar and restaurant are lively, great for people watching. The energy of the band keeps the dance floor hopping. We miss their Ahi on tostada appetizer which is no longer on the menu. I am always amazed at how professional and energetic all the staff are at this restaurant. It is like watching a well co-ordinated dance as they race through the restaurant attending to their guests."

"We arrived at Darfon's at our 8:00pm reservation and we were told we still would have to wait 20 minutes. We waited for about 30 minutes and the hostess was somewhat rude. We were also bothered by watching people coming in from their cars, asking about the wait time, and getting sat before us. The environment was extremely noisy. The food wasn't terrible, but it was all way over seasoned and loaded with too many ingredients. If it were scaled back a little I feel like it would reflect the gourmet prices they have on the meals."

"Took a dear friend for her birthday dinner. We both ordered the tenderloin with the mashed potatoes and it’s blue cheese. Both were undercooked but we consumed without bickering. Ceasar salad could have used more dressing. The duck egg roll was outstanding. We will be back to visit the cellar! Thank you!"
