"Very disappointing experience with 20 stories. There was a problem with booking where the fork confirmation did not come through their system, and although they gave them the confirmation email, they argued and really got Huffy with me they never even apologised (clear a system error in their name) and had a terrible attitude. It was a Sunday night and half empty and they told us we had to wait an hour for a table. We sat on the terrace just to not be told table service on the terrace, and waited 15 minutes for cocktails made by a trainee barman whose supervisor repeated him the cocktails. Even after that, the cocktails were terrible. Only really disappointing when I heard good things about the place."
