"On our last night in Anchorage, we wanted to try local seafood, and Simon Seafort came recommended. The black cod in maple-bourbon and miso was outstanding. The glaze was just enough to provide flavor without overwhelming the cod, which tasted incredibly fresh. My wife had the wild sockeye, and she was ecstatic. Perfectly grilled to bring out the flavor without being overcooked. The spinach salad was very good, especially the egg-mustard dressing, which again was enough to lend flavor without drowning the fresh spinach. If you're in Anchorage and looking for excellent seafood (and a beautiful view of Cook Inlet), cannot recommend Simon Seafort enough."

"I had the crab artichoke sandwich as its always been my favorite... Not what I expected... dry and crusty, couldn't taste crab. The calamari was good though. It seems that Simons food has not been the best. Last time it was chicken Dijon and the chicken was so tough, I couldn't eat it."
