"I did not like the service. The waitress look like she did not want to be there. I explain to her what I wanted to do. That was to order our meal first then have our short stacks later. She ended up bringing our meal and one short stack together. I had to get up and go ask for the other short stack after I was done eating. She was nowhere to be found I had to call out to three times before someone answered me in the back. She never came and asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks or even to ask if we wanted something else on top of our pancakes. I waited and waited watched my husband eat his pancakes while I was waiting for mine. I was so very irritated with this young lady that you all call a waitress. This is one of the worst location here in Austin. Ever time I go to this location which is close to my house. I get better service at Denny’s than at this location. That cooks are doing good because the food tastes awesome. You can do better on the Waiters.??"

"Great ambiance, service was great as well, but I've had better italian food. I also wish they had better chairs. The chairs were made of metal unless you got seating that included a booth. For the price point, I expected better quality comfortable seating. Dessert was on the house since it was my mom's birthday. Overall, I have mixed feelings about my experience not sure if I would go back.Kid-friendliness: No kids menu"
