"When we came to the resturant the first time the food was very nice but this second time the food was very poor. The Nachos chips was cold, the chicken was overcooked. The fish sandwich had more batter than fish and the chips was cold. It seemed as if the food was cooked then left so our experience wasn't the best this second time."

"Food was great as always and the service was even better!! We had the pleasure of having Juan looking after us. It was his first day at the Waterloo branch after transitioning from another Wahaca. Waterloo, you are lucky!! We were a party of 6 and we were out celebrating a birthday. Juan provided us with helpful recommendations and he is also a tequila connoisseur!! "Met my friends and their baby here this afternoon after her researching for a nice independent pub with good food and it did not disappoint. The protocol they have in place for Covid is excellent, felt incredibly clean and safe but still managing to have...a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. The staff were welcoming super friendly especially Shar who went above beyond with her service, Food was delicious- my friends had the sea bass which they loved, I had the chicken thighs wth tzatziki, so fresh tasty, we all polished off every morsel. I was driving so just drank soda water wth fresh lime but they even managed to make that look fancy was v refreshing decorated with fresh mint leaves fresh lime juice through it instead of the usual slice- it’s the little touches! The loos were spotless, Situated off the beaten track in a beautiful residential area a short walk from Richmond Park to walk off the food (oh did I mention we had the deconstructed crunchie bar choc mousse for pudding? Definately recommend this lovely pub and I can’t wait to revisit check out more of their menu."

"We were rushed, so I won't comment on table service. Our only complaint was the lack of greeting. We had to wave the bar tender over to get someone's attention. The food was delicious!"

"We said our starter (waghu meatballs) were overcooked. Response from waitress no one else has ever said that before. We ordered carafe of The Pale. They brought a bottle difference of £19! Service charge is 15%. Average service, Average food and no atmosphere. Definitely will not be going back."

"We had an early dinner following a trip to the theatre. We ordered a starter each- chicken wings and a prawn cocktail- both delicious. For our main we went for the Beef Wellington which is served with mash at £48 per head. We opted for 2 vegetable sides also. There is no denying the beef was very good, beautifully tender but I wouldn't recommend it for that price. I'd definitely recommend the restaurant, we just didn't feel that was good value for money. We left before dessert as nothing took our fancy. Very welcoming and friendly staff."
