"When we arrived we had to actually greet the hostess to recognize we were there..not sure what she was doing. Then when we were seated the Waiter did not acknowledge us until after 5 mins of being there, said he would be right with us while running by. When he finally took our drink orders 10 mins into our arrival we also asked for a kids menu, since we were not given one. Asked about the endless app deal and were told they only had 3 of the 5 items. He then brought our drinks, but still no kids menu, ran and got that then wanted to take our order, but we just got the kids menu....so he said he would give us a moment...that turned into another 15 mins....we had a hungry 2 yr old, we were hungry and a waiter who just kept saying Be right there, Be right Back . He maybe had 2 other tables. It was a Saturday night, but wasn 't that busy! We finally left! Terrible terrible service!"
