"This review is based on a Tordasher. Not sure why the drivers are told to fill the drinks for the orders they pick up. As a driver who is our only purpose to pick up and deliver the orders. Not to waitress, not to cook, and not to drink. Doordash doesn't pay us enough for all this. If you make us the drinks, put us on Payroll or give us a tip Wingstop. If it is a problem of the staff that is not our problem."

"I was craving a really good cheeseburger and decided to check this place out. From the moment you walk in I was greeted by the kind gentleman working behind the counter. Who was very patient and helped me and the family decide on what to order given it was our first time here. I personally ordered, “The Mega Extreme Cheeseburger” with a side of fries and a drink. Once I received my order in a timely manner and took my first bite. All I can say is, “Ooh my goodness!” I was glad I came here from the home cooked burger which was loaded with plenty of the ingredients stated on the menu. To the perfectly seasoned fries that were freshly made. Also I had to get me a couple sides of ranch just to try out and after the first dip it was definitely homemade. I cannot wait to go back to have another burger and try out their onion rings!"

"I work at a hospital nearby and ordered a late night meal for the rest of the team to eat on our only break. We had an entire meal ready for us, only to be disappointed by a completely wrong order. None of the team members had anything of their order to eat. None.The manager refused to give a refund for a completely wrong order even after contacting Wingstop support. Expected for us to save the Wingstop meal until the following morning and to bring it to the store immediately at 11 AM (when the store opens) for the refund and was quite rude about it… I have my honest feedback that this is unrealistic for any customer to do, especially one who just worked a 12+ hour night shift. They are expecting me to get off of work at 7 AM and go to the store at 11 AM with an untouched meal to prove that it was incorrect.. just give us the refund for you and your team’s mistake."
