"The warm rolls which were chicken tempura roll, and banana temporal roll were still great even after transit time. The three rolls special, especially the white tuna roll is just such high-quality, and their fish truly is a cut above other sushi restaurants in our area."

"I ordered sesame chicken and mango, shrimp fried rice, waited 1.5 hrs and only sesame chicken arrived. We called back and explained that 1/2 of our order was missing and that we were hungry and still wanted the remainder of our food and the response was that “you have to pay”. There was no indication that we wouldn’t pay, so this response was completely unprovoked. This is the worst customer service that I have seen in a long time. I am very disappointed, especially because the sesame chicken was very good. Unfortunately, this is how establishments like this lose good customers. Shame on you Red House."
