"While the food was good, the customer service was less than favorable. I requested to eat in when I placed my order. She said you cannot pay now because you are eating in. While waiting for my food I decided to go next door to get a small cup of coffee. I was gone for 3 to 5 mins as there was no line in the coffee shop. Upon return, my food was packaged in to go bag as a to go order. I reminded the cashier of my request to eat in. The cashier said well you left and smiled then shrugged her shoulders. I said again that I requested that my food be prepared to eat in and she said well you can still eat in but you must pay now and attempted to give me a kids to go cup because that is all they had. I let her know that I feel that I am being pushed out, and that I will not be returning. She just smiled. I left feeling insulted and dismissed. Customer service matters. Without your customers, your establishment would not be. Do better."
