"I have been to Butter Parramatta 2 times now. In both instances the food was very good, however the customer service has been sub par. Visit 1: My order was completely forgotten (only a table of 2) and I had to remind them much later. Waiter would ask numerous times if we need anything like Napkins/Table Water, but would never actually remember to bring it out. Visit 2: Table of 5. The food was brought to the table, however we had to get their attention to ask for cutlery/utensils. How do you eat Ramen with no utensils? Simple things. Overall, go to try the amazing Fried Chicken Tenders but don't expect anything else."
