"L'Alt Stocken ha fatto una scelta atipica: cucina aperta soltanto a mezzogiorno, la sera solo vinoteca e stuzzichini. Ma a pranzo merita una sosta: le proposte cambiano ogni giorno, sono poche ma ben diversificata. E la qualità stupisce. Noi abbiamo assaggiato un piatto di spatzle assieme ad un involtone di maiale al forno: buonissimi. Chi era con noi ha gustato tre filetti di aringa marinata in salsa acida con contorno di verdure alla julienne. Bel posto, e ottimi prezzi."
