"I really hate to do this but I grabbed food here today around 6 PM although the customer service was excellent the lady at the window had very nice customer service skill she was very sweet and that’s the reason why I’m giving it two stars but the food was absolutely horrible. I ordered a bowl and the chicken that’s on top of it is so overcooked it’s completely crunchy I don’t know if it’s been sitting under a lamp for hours or what happened but the chicken on top of my bowl is completely crunchy I I’m not even sure there’s any chicken in it at at this point… Same thing with the biscuits the biscuits are very very hard and not edible I’m just very disappointed in the food and hope this doesn’t happen to someone else."

"Went to eat here for a quick dinner after having a long day. And I just want to say thank you to James and his father for showing up to work today! James was so funny to talk to and made it fun to place the order. He made sure to ask his father ifthey still had certain foods available in the back before we placed and paid for our order. Highly recommend this location basedon quality of Food and Communication!!"

"I've lived near this place for years but I just rarely get into the mood for KFC. This place is pretty decent and the food is cooked through. There were some neighborhood hoodlums stealing soda by asking for water cups and the manager handled it like a pro. I guess it happens a lot up there. The food was tasty and true KFC fashion. There weren't any obvious or glaring mistakes with the food. However, the lady on front counter was a bit busy and didn't change an order of potato wedges to mashed potatoes. Otherwise, everything there is fine and the store is surprisingly clean for the neighborhood it's in. I would recommend it, just check your food before leaving just to be sure it's all there! The people working here seem to be friendly as well."

"Wish there was an option for negative stars. They told us it would be a 3 minute wait and we were fine with that. 15 minutes later they give us our food and good thing I checked after we pulled out because they gave us the wrong order. The guy at thedrive thru did nothing but smoke his vape and talk with his friends that were hanging around in the lobby. Avoid this location,this place is a bust. 0/10. KFC needs to do better"
