"Got a famous bowl and a breast box. Asked to substitute fries for mashed potatoes. Got home no fries no spoon or spork no napkins. It's been a couple of months since I went back because they messed up my last order. Probably not going back. For 13bucks got ripped off and can't get an order right Ive never had this problem from Lee's and they will get my business from nowon."

"I hate this KFC so much. It?s so close to my house which is why I go, but I wish there was a different one closer to me. I?ve only ever been kind and patient when visiting but literally every time I go it?s the same two younger women who are helping atthe counter/preparing orders. The rudest customer service I?ve experienced at a fast food place. Literally visibly annoyed byjust me ordering a simple meal. Rude tone of voice, basically tossing my receipt to me, slamming together my order. They are theabsolute worst I can?t stand coming in but I love the food so I deal with it. After maybe 10 times of this I?m finally justgonna start being one of those people who write reviews I NEVER write a review unless it?s positive. That?s how awful thecustomer service is. If you hate your job THAT much, just go look for a different job!"

"Poor service. They process online orders only after you reach store. I have to wait another 20 min to get my items. There is not enough staff in this store. Now I understand why Yum brand is not growing as like MacDonald. They just setup the franchise andthe franchise run as per they likes. Today I am able to take an investment decision as well, Good bye KFC, Good bye YUM brands."
