"Awful. Booked a table as part of my friend's hen weekend, we were asked to preorder. I sent the preorders for the whole group days beforehand. When we arrived the waiter said they'd received my email but asked if I had a spare copy of the print out with me, which I provided. Took over minutes to get poppadoms, only person was having a starter; when we asked for the starter at the same time as the appetiser we were met with a rude response. After an hour the mains had not appeared, when my friend asked if the food would be much longer he was so unpleasant he really upset her. The waiter then emerged from the kitchen several minutes later asking Do you want the food or not?? Our reply was to get up and leave, shocking service. Avoid like the plague!"
