"I ordered dinner for me and my wife for the OSU game. I made the order at 5:45pm to be picked up by the start of the game @7:00pm. I arrived at 6:50pm and had to wait another 45 minutes for my order. During the wait a fire alarm went off , staff were eating Birthday cake and not paying attention to customers or trying to get orders out. I finally got my order ar 7:36pm and didn't even get a apology from staff or management. Poor service and I was still missing parts of my order."

"This location has gone completely down hill in the past 5 years. Placed a to go order for 3 things, all of which had some sort of issue. The pretzels didn 't come with the required cheese. Nachos had barely any cheese or meat and no sour cream. And they were out of the cornbread but were too lazy to notify me and ask if I want to replace the item or take it off the bill. instead they still charged me for it and just left a note on the receipt that said out of cornbread . When I called to speak to someone about all this the host answering the phone hung up on me when I asked for a manager. I then called back and asked again and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I then had my husband call back a third time and he was instantly connected to a manager. The manager stated that there was nothing he could do and to take it up with doordash. He did not offer to replace the missing items or make any kind of ammends. When notified about the host who hung up on me the manager stated it 's hard to find good help . Sad to see this place being run so horribly when it used to be an awesome place to eat."

"Comfortable, more casual place to eat a bite and take a drink. they have in the rule a good selection of beer and all menu items I have ordered were good and reasonable price would recommend the pizza and the pretzel bites. server are always friendly and they offer dora tassen, so they can take a drink away to explore the quarter."
