"I got the rib dinner with baked beans and greens. The ribs are cut into chunks, maybe to fit to go containers better, and drizzled with a what I think is a mustard sauce so I assume this is south carolina bbq. It was one of the those meals that when you start you 're thinking 'oh this is fine ' but by the time your finished you 're thinking 'this is awesome I can 't wait to go back! ' The ribs were smoked perfectly, not too smoky with a great texture, not falling off the bone in a mushy pile. The sides complimented the ribs perfectly too and didn 't try to compete with them. The lady at the window use her super-saleswoman powers and talked me into getting the pound cake with bourbon apples, and yes, its as good as it sounds. And the price was good too. I see a large rib sandwich and fries in my near future."

"The German Knodle is next door to a vegan ice cream shop and we happened to notice on the sign board that they had a couple vegan options, so we gave it a try. They have nice outdoor seating, which is great there in St. Pete. We got the curry vegan sausage and the vegan mushroom sausage. We also got the three sides on offer, which come vegan, as is the saurkraut, fries, and vinegar based potato salad. My favorite was the curry sausage, my partner's favorite was the potato salad. The waiter (possibly the owner) was very nice, but he was also helping with food prep, so it was hard to get his attention at the end of the meal, but we were in no hurry."

"So, we were on the way to Weedon Island (which is AWESOME [see my review] and good old Google suggested Pepo's. Don't be put-off by the outside. Sometimes, such places serve the best food around and...we were NOT dissapointed! Everything is authentic Cuban and the food was crazy-good! I had the Cuban pork on a Cuban roll (instead of the wrap and my wife had the Chicken with rice and black beans and both were outstanding! The staff were very friendly and you could tell the customers were loyal locals who knew where to get great Cuban food. So, if you ate looking to pick up something on the way to Weedon, don't even think about going somewhere else!"

"When they are looking for a unique comfort food experience with a great energy / vibe then this is their place! when they go into the half-baked kartoffel, they immediately notice large works of art that fill the walls and the artwork is everything also for sale. ozzy will brighten her day with funny sharpeners and sweat and our dinner really turns into an experience. ozzy also presented funny trivia questions in exchange for delicious cookies and the whole restaurant laughed and excited. there are many 420 references around the place. also, once we were taken out, we should take a look at the bathroom. my girlfriend already took videos from the cool lights and design of the bathroom when I came back...a must see! but enough about how great the environment was; let us talk about eating. the half baked potato offers massif loaded kartoffels, hot dogs, ramen, pierogis and much more. The kartoffel options seem endless and have something for every taste, and if they can't decide, ozzy say what they like and let them decide for them. there is a lot of fun menu item names to keep them laughing while they decide; I ordered the reverse cowgirl kartoffel. definitiw come hungry because they have so much food to go when they get there. a must stop for the atmosphere and unique experience. it is directly on the central in st. pete, so they are all kinds of nearby fun."

"Still going after 20 years. Been going here since I was kid, my dad used to bring us there for Chili Dogs and Pineapple shakes. They changed the chili recipe from when I was a kid (which upset me, it is not as good) but it is still yummy and I love their ice cream and shakes! Check this place out!"

"We discovered this little gem after driving by on our way to breakfast and noticing the parking lot was full. We stopped in later that day to have dinner. It's a cute Irish pub that has live music (I believe on weekends). The menu is limited but it's standard Irish fare. What we had was delicious! The prices are reasonable and the service was good. We want to back and try their brunch (menu pictured). The only food I took a picture of was my tomato bisque. It was extremely thick (which I personally LOVED) and would've gone perfectly with a grilled cheese sammie (which they have but I wasn't hungry enough to get one). I will definitely be back to try other items."

"Food is great, however online ordering system is less than perfect. Arrived and after 10 min heard staff giving out an extra cuban sandwich to someone who didn't want to wait for something to be made? I then had to wait for mine to be made after everyone waiting in line recieved their sandwiches... why even have online ordering if staff don't make the orders as recieved?"
