"Chez Benny is a classic for kosher shawarma, mergez, and the like. The food is very good, as spicy as you like. But you won't be swathed in polite, courteous attention. You better be ready with your order well before you get to the cash, Benny has no time for dawdlers. When you get to the server who adds the toppings to your sandwiches, you also get rushed along, although in a sometimes humorous manner. To know it is to...accept it."

"I do not give a restaurant 4-stars often, but a friend brought us here claiming it is one of the best restaurant ever. Mainly specializing in dumplings, the four of us decided to each order dishes and share with everyone. The good: First of all the service was really friendly and really good. Food came out quickly. Food is fresh and hot. Jasmin tea is simply perfect and soothing. Everything is fresh snd you can taste it. Veggies cooked perfectly. Honestly... the food was awesome. Lots of tables and chairs. Owner also very friendly. The bad: Bathroom sketchy. The restaurant is located in a mall, and difficult to get to if you do not know the way. Chairs are low. Menus are overwhelming if you have no idea what you want. Some food, you have no idea what they are (in menu). Parking inside might be difficult, exiting also. Seriously, this is a great chinese place in the middle of Chinatown. A definite try. I know we will return."

"We ordered from Qiming on the night on New Years bc our other to go place was closed. We wish we had just gone to the corner store to get frozen chinese food…bc that was the worst chinese food EVER. On every account and all order and service. There was no pork to be seen or eaten in the cutlets, it was full of fat. The MSG was dripping from our sloppy and overcooked vegetables. The noodles in our soba were not even cooked and the egg rolls were the worst EVER. Now my boyfriend is on the toilet puking from both ends and the rest of us are in line. DO NOT GO there. I don't expect these guys to last, being in Montreal where there is enough competition."
