"Having eaten in the Basque Country in Spain, I can say, âHallelujah!â Kind of a pity they donât grill fish outdoors like they do in Getariaâ-maybe in summer? Have not yet had the oz. chuletón there itâs the tomahawk steak of a retired dairy cow, and the best beef ever) but I am confident theirs will be good. My husband says, âWhy eat anywhere else in Grand Rapids?â"
