"Honest review: Channa Poori was decent. Paneer Masala Biryani was disappointing, mixing rice with a curry should not be labeled as biryani. Raita was too sweet, the sweetness ruins the appetite and leaves a bad aftertaste."

"I didn 't want to post a negative review since of all the Indian restaurants I 've known, the food here seems to be among the tastiest. But there are two 'but 's and they are not minor: a) People need to be warned that if they select spice level medium they are still likely to end up with what elsewhere would fall under brutally hot; b) It is quite difficult to deal with a restaurant where the person who answers the phone and gets you your order barely speaks and understands English. You want to find out how late they take online orders? He doesn 't understand. You want to know the difference between two similarly named dishes? After asking the question three times he tells you, yes, different. You want to ask for something extra? Forget it."

"Had a great time 8 people sitting outside, drinking wine, and eating fantastic food. Staff and food was excellent. Subway can be noisy, but wasn't a big deal."

"Went there on a business lunch a few times. Food was great! Last time I went, we saw roaches everywhere. 2 crawled on our table and one on the front counter. We laughed it off and didnt make much of a fuss. We did notify the staff and they awkwardly apologized. It didn't seem sincere. This was in the middle of winter. This place has a big roach problem and they need to fix. I would like to come back but I won't be for a long time until they fix that. And apologize to your customers"

"Wow, my fiancée and I just moved to randolph and wondered what I had to do with dinner last night at 11 o'clock. a quick search put mood indian, located directly around the corner and open to 1 clock. 1am I thought it was too good to be true. a quick call confirmed that they were in the did open that late. we drove past and packed a table in the quiet, charming but supported restaurant and ordered the vegetarian sampler appetizer, garlauch naan, malai kofta and palate glazing. the appetizer, consisting of a samosa, several paprika and two fried cheese curds, was delicious and perfect for sharing. I usually decided exclusively for the green chutney for my dipping sauce, but it was the brown tamarinden chutney that caught my attention this time, decided spicy/tangie then I had to put on others. a few minutes past and out came the naan and two main dishes, accompanied by a colorful bowl of basmati rice. the taste of the sauce in the malai kofta was more defined by the flavored instead of the cream that I was used and the potato plants were delicious. and you could really taste the spinat in the deep green glass pane, a solid signifier of the authenticity of the food, if in comparison to the tasteless green mud you often in other restaurants. they can smell the butter as soon as the garlic naan came out of the kitchen and it was perfectly cooked. after eating to the instincts of our heart (and still take a lot to the house), we let our waiter know that we moved around the corner and were very excited to stop the restaurant in the future regularly. he insisted that he would bring us dessert to the house and bring out a bowl of rasmalai. now I had never had rasmalai before and we can't describe the experience I had tried for the first time. it was absolutely incredible. the hut cheese shredded and the condensed milk was the perfect sweet. we have sworn every bit that paid very reasonable bill (disessing average about $12) and were out, gushing lob with each step in direction door. I cannot recommend mood indian enough. eating is perfectly seasoned, fresh and authentic. the menu is wide (many options for veg) and the prices are a steal for the quality of the food. the fact that this place is open every night until 1 hour is now honestly dangerous that we live around the corner. make them please one and bring them a friend or two mood indian."
