"An awadhi restaurant which captured the heart of people in a very short time. Best known for its biryani and galawati kabab, many do not realize there's much more to try than just that. <br/ The ambience is finely decorated with impeccable taste and the beauty of the carved wall and chandeliers with the soft music and dim lights really made the setting romantic and beautiful. Coming to the food, we ordered: <br/ 1. Zafrani kabab: bhetki fish marinated with zafran, cream and yoghurt. Absolutely tender and moist with a delicious taste of spices and saffron. A must try. <br/ 2. Sugandhi kabab: chicken marinated in zafran, yoghurt and gondhoraj lime. It had a mouthwatering aroma and the taste was delicious. Allover a mind blowing dish. A must try. <br/ 3. Mutton galawati kabab: the famous dish for which oudh is known. It was very tender and moist and the smell was not overwhelming. A well balanced dish. However, it was not served with ulta tawa paratha as is generally served. Highly recommended. <br/ 4. Awadhi handi biryani: the meat in the biryani was tender and fall off the bone, the rice was fragrant and the presentation in a sealed clay pot took away my heart. Obviously is a must try. <br/ 5. Gosht roghan josh: the gravy was rich in flavor and the mutton was fall off the bone tender. It melted in your mouth releasing its flavour and making u crave more. A must try. <br/ 6. Lucknowi paratha: also known as warqi paratha, it was very thin and soft. A good pair with the gosht roghanjosh. <br/ 7. Shahi tukda: bread pudding flavoured with zafran and dry fruits. This was a let down as after an amazing meal, I'd expected this to be at par too. However, I've had better. <br/ Service: the staff was a bit distant, the service slow. This was a negative point for which it missed the 5 star mark. <br/ However, do visit for the ambience and food. It'll remain etched in your mind. <br/ Pocket pinch: 1200 for 2.<br/"

"In this review i will not discuss about the taste of the foods of this place because this place we all know very well how good it is. But for a quick info Jakaria Street royal restaurant. Price is too High Quantity is very less. Ok we ordered Royal Chicken Biriyani Chicken champ Royal paratha Chicken Bharta amd another item was not there (we are there around 1 pm) So we ordered Rumali Roti Chicken tikka butter masala Fresh Lime soda Well as I have said Taste is good so much Dalda in the Biriyani but it was good chicken was soft. Now why I rated with 3 stars Quantity was like very very small i get that the price of other components are shooting the sky but you just can't cut the quantity size to literally half what you have used to serve The piece of chicken in the Biriyani so small hardly 90gm The only piece in the chicken champ is hardly 110gm So bottom line is this is not the place where you can eat your favourite mughal foods in a reasonable price. No this is simply not possible Price is also high and quantity will also leave annoyed. And I don't think this will improve anyway. So no more Royal for me. "I totally love this place.i am always ready to visit this place. Their services, their quality quantity really satisfying. Their biriyani is so lite, so aromatic, so flavourful omg i am feeling hungry while writing so think how beautiful it is really. They serve less spicy biriyani which is the actual beauty and all so other dishes are really must try dishes. They have really varieties of kabaabs with good amount. In winter they serve gajar halwa which is again an amazing dish to try, apart from that their sahi tukra and pirini is just like masaallah!!!! I really like their foods and ambience and also their services. They are so co operative that why i give this restro 5 out of 5 starts. Please vist this place onces and trust me you will come this place several time."
