"My son and I went here for dinner. It was a Friday night but not very busy at all. We ordered from the kiosk and after half an hour we noticed that they skipped our number/order. People coming in the door way after us were getting their food. So I went up to the counter and asked about our order. The guy mumbled something under his breath and walked away.Then the manager came out and apologized and said our order would be next. Two minutes later he hands us our food. Oh my God, it was sooooo bad. It was cold and sloppy and burnt. The grilled onions I paid extra for seemed like they were grilled days ago? They were soggy and grey and not edible. It seemed like it got pushed to the side and forgotten, then stuck in the fridge? Or maybe pulled out of the garbage? How something can be cold, slimy and burnt is beyond me. We will never ever ever be back. It was disgusting and none of the staff gave a Oh and btw, this is the 3rd time our orders have been bad but this one takes the cake. Not worth it, do not eat here."

"Was not happy with the Bridge Street location in Huntsville AL. We ate lunch there, we should have known better and left when our feet were sticking to the floor walking to the table. We stayed though and regretted it! Instead of cleaning the tables, they moved the dirty dishes between tables and only when they needed the table, they 'd just move it to the next table. We asked for bottomless root beer floats and I 'm almost certain the soda was diet Dr pepper, was definitely diet something other than root beer. Husband switched his drink but kids kept drinking theirs, they just wanted the ice cream. The kids asked for a refill since they 're bottomless and they never came, waiter came back and confirmed again what we needed and still never came. I asked for manager since we wanted more fries (bottomless too) but couldn 't get him to look our way or answer when we said 'excuse me. Food messed us up! All 5 of us. Not only that we watched the manager (didn 't know he was then) wipe a table down with a wet nap cloth, so basically just dusted the table off, not clean it. The manager did comp our meal when i only asked for something on the root beer floats, since we could never get a refill. The bathrooms were also terribly disgusting. It was handled for my meal but this review is necessary for them to fix the problems at this location."

"Beautiful place to grab something sweet after dinner. the bar is beautiful, but I wish there was a place for the mozens to place a job and not reach over or around other people sitting on it. a small organization could go along here as it is a lot of traffic. all in all it has some very good tasty and I recommend you try."

"This was my first visit! I just went with a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink. I noticed that they had a little cheeseburger listed on the list. Since this was my first visit I wanted to see what the size of the cheeseburger was. It was huge! Two big beef patties cooked perfectly with all the fixings! Here's the kicker... When you say you want everything, they even add mushrooms. So if you don't like mushrooms, you will have to tell them to not add those. I was surprised. I've never had a cheeseburger with mushrooms and I actually liked it. I really didn't even know they were there until the last four bites. Lol. The taste of this cheeseburger with bacon was simply delicious. The fries were crisp and just right. You really couldn't ask for anything better. The restaurant was pretty much clean. The wait was not that bad. I would say we probably waited about 7 minutes. The restrooms were clean as well. Since we were there during lunch rush, I expected it to be overpacked. But it wasn't. They were about 75% capacity. If you haven't tried this place, mark it on your places to try! I think the next time I'm going to try the little cheeseburger with bacon. Lol I definitely will be back!"

"Heard a lot about this place. Looking forward to exploring more healthy tea options there.Good store environment, spacious, modern and most importantly super clean.Friendly staff who really cares about customers’ need. They smile to you, remember your name, even what you always order.Very reasonable price, according to my knowledge, they offer better quality and lower price than competitors nearby.Healthy recipe, low calories but tastes super delicious make this store special. Given we are living in a era that even diet drink can be 100 calories. Their tea? 24 calories, yes, only 24 calories. I can literally drink 4 cups at one time and don’t have to worry about gaining weight. Their tea make me more energetic.Overall 10 star experience, highly recommend."

The flavors were delicious, but I realized it was lacking that crystallization from sugar that makes eating ‘raw dough’ so satisfying.The service was nice, and the serving sizes are very generous, almost too generous, because it’s very rich, you really can’t eat much.My favorite flavor that we tried was the banana pudding specialty flavor. It tasted exactly like the banana pudding, without mushy bananas.I’d go back, but maybe to get a sampler platter to taste all the flavors in mini scoops (which are definitely a good size that I wouldn’t necessarily consider mini)."
