"The first strike for this place is that it is a herbalife front that pretends healthy drinks newsflash when it comes from a powder, it is not healthy. but this place became a true domination for me when I saw that they were a drink special at this weekend called the fallen soldier and while they claim that all will go to the family of one of the marines killed in the recent attack in Afghanistan, they still use the dead of the marine to bring foot traffic into their load? that is the definition of müll. the entrepreneur has not even apologized. I also do not think that they gave the family's salvation for a second. this should be ashamed. and if you want to exploit such a tragicody, take at least the time to learn that there is a difference between a marine and a soldier?"

"Our family of 5 visits Rich's 2-3 times a month and we easily spend $20-$30 each visit. Many times, when we order concretes, the mixers or toppings are only mixed into the top part of the concrete and the bottom of the concrete is only custard. This past Saturday, all 5 of us ordered concretes in the drive through and when we opened them at home, there were almost no mixers or toppings AT ALL in any of the concretes. Additionally, one of the concretes ordered was brownie bits and the brownie bits tasted stale and like raisins. Finally, we enjoy ordering chocolate custard and the chocolate custard machine has been broken for weeks, at least since the beginning of the year. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO RICH'S AGAIN!"

"Ordered the cheese champ with seasoned fries. Very tasty. There are three burger places in the same area (Steak and Shake, Jack in the box and Rally's). Glad I chose this place. The manager was very attentive as I was a walkup order. Nice outdoor seating to enjoy the air. Received a full meal for under $10. Nice selection of desserts too."

"On a Sunday at 8:30 a.m. to the patron saint and with a slag tells that the “Scheiermaschine”...... steak 'n shakes shaker machine. how wow. if I hadn't worked there before I could understand it, but on the calculation that they're turning their own shakes, this is just an excuse not to work. 1 star."
